Run Club

Run Club Membership:
Join us anytime with a Run Club membership! Run Club membership includes our 2 group runs per week. You get all the accountability and community running with your favorite ladies! This is the perfect way to keep running a habit!

Run Club+:

Run Club+ will be offered throughout the year and is a comprehensive training program leading up to a specific race. Run Club+ includes #alltheaccountability - 2 group runs per week, goal setting, weekly newsletter with training plan details, a weekly at home workout, private coach-led Run Club+ Facebook group, and education about all things running! This is a perfect way to start running for the first time or to tackle those running goals!

Summer Run Club+ kicks off SOON with a training plan leading up to the Woman of Wonder 5k/ 10k on September 9th. You can always opt into Run Club+ from a membership if you want that extra accountability!

Wednesdays 6-7p at the Hiawatha track: Wednesday focuses on building running strength and knowledge through a varied workout. We attack hills, interval training, and strength drills. Each week has a different focus based on learning all you need to know about running! All workouts are stroller friendly.

Saturdays at 7:30a: Our Saturday run location varies weekly to explore West Seattle!! Saturday is a long run with two distance options based on our training plan. All runs are stroller friendly!
