Our Run Club Training is open to ALL running levels, from beginner to advanced. No running experience required!

Whether you want to learn how to run, train for a race, run farther, run faster, simply run for fun, we have options for you! Stay connected and accountable as you reach your goals. Routes are stroller friendly if you want or need to bring your kiddo along for the ride. Our certified running coaches will help you improve your endurance, pace, health, fitness, and connect with other women runners.

Body Well is about the journey, meeting you where you are and challenging you to grow. This 8-week program includes small group fitness coaching, nutritional guidance, recipes + meal planners, community-based workouts and weekly challenges to help you manage stress and sleep better. Body Well will focus on improving your physical and mental well-being with a community of mamas to support you every step of the way.
This service is a LIVE Virtual workout. You will receive a Zoom link and password for the workouts and playgroups. We can't wait to see you LIVE!

Body Ignite is a one-stop body shock. Targeting each and every muscle with specially designed sequences and a weighted bar (or weights, water bottles, cans of food!) that will leave you stronger and more energized. This easy to follow strength based program will increase your metabolism, your athleticism, and your ability to lift, lunge, push and pull everything mom-life throws at you!

The Body Ignite format will provide resources to create and deliver a strength-based class using your own weights, canned food or a broom handle! Within the class, you will focus on strength training opportunities and options including unique sequencing methods for maximum effect. We will be focusing on the core as both a mover and a stabilizer, as well as active and dynamic flexibility.
