Join us virtually for Sunday morning Yoga! We will focus on working different areas of your body while gaining strength, flexibility and balance.

Lauren Holt, one of our current Run Club coaches, has been a Yoga enthusiast for over 12 years. She is certified to teach Vinyasa Yoga and loves teaching breath to movement flow. She is a big fan of finding balance in all things - from juggling motherhood and a full time job to working out and still eating that piece of cake or drinking that glass of wine. Lauren has been a proud member of the FIT4MOM community since she was pregnant with her oldest daughter three and a half years ago!
