ASH clients can come to any classes on their membership. ASH membership is not covered for session programs at this time.

8 Week Run Club+ Training $199 • 2 visits per Week for 8 weeks • Join us for our 8 Week Training beginning in January. Group runs every Saturday at 7:30a!

Our Run Club+ Training is open to ALL running levels, from beginner to advanced. No running experience required!
Whether you want to learn how to run, train for a race, run farther, run faster, simply run for fun, we have options for you! Stay connected and accountable as you reach your goals. Routes are stroller friendly if you want or need to bring your kiddo along for the ride. Our certified running coaches will help you improve your endurance, pace, health, fitness, and connect with other women runners.
Body Well $399 • Unlimited visits for 8 weeks • Body Well is about the journey, meeting you where you are and challenging you to grow. This 8-week program includes small group fitness coaching, nutritional guidance, recipes + meal planners, community-based workouts and weekly challenges to help you manage stress and sleep better. Body Well will focus on improving your physical and mental well-being with a community of mamas to support you every step of the way. Join us in studio, outdoors and/or virtually! Plus access to our great FIT4MOM video on demand library.


Fit4Baby®


Join us Tuesday and Thursday at 6:25p and Saturdays at 9a!

Fit4Baby® is a program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. These classes exclusively focus on pregnant moms! (Other FIT4MOM® classes may include dads, nannies and other child caregivers.) Regular activity such as Fit4Baby® classes can help to reduce many maternal aches and pains, increase energy during pregnancy and may speed the labor, delivery and recovery process. According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), exercise is just as important during pregnancy as any other time of life.

We train and certify our Fit4Baby® instructors so they are fully equipped to lead pregnant woman in exercises that are safe and appropriate for her changing body. Fit4Baby® classes are interval based, combining elements of strength training, cardiovascular exercises and stretching and balancing exercises.

Pregnancy is the perfect time to commit to health and exercise is an important component to well-being for pregnant women and new moms. We encourage each member of any FIT4MOM® program to seek a physician's approval before starting any exercise program. Fit4Baby®: helping soon-to-be mothers find the STRENGTH FOR MOTHERHOOD!
