This is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed specifically for YOU! We incorporate songs and kiddo interaction throughout class. From recently postpartum to older kiddos, moms of all levels, you will leave class feeling connected, successful and energized!

FIT4BABY is a workout designed specifically for moms-to-be. It includes cardio, strength and conditioning, balance, flexibility and core exercises to accommodate all trimesters of pregnancy. FIT4BABY will build your endurance, strengthen your body and prepare you for pregnancy, birth and beyond.

Our FIT4BABY+ 6 week program includes these workouts PLUS weekly challenges, a private small group and weekly journal to document your pregnancy journey.

The Body Ignite format will provide resources to create and deliver a strength-based class using your own weights, canned food or a broom handle! Within the class, you will focus on strength training opportunities and options including unique sequencing methods for maximum effect. We will be focusing on the core as both a mover and a stabilizer, as well as active and dynamic flexibility.

Outdoor Body Boost Preview Class Free

Join us for a special Body Boost Preview class! All levels welcome!

We will go through 4 rounds of Cardio, Strength and Core. Wrapping up with our awesome, heart-pumping Tabata style cardio. We will end with stretch and mediation. After class we will go over our Body Well program and answer any questions you have!

Run Club Training runs are for every level runner, whether you're preparing for an upcoming race or have never run a day in your life. Our runs will help you safely build and improve your running skills with a certified FIT4MOM West Seattle Run Club Coach. No running experience required!

Strides 360 promises a heart-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility, and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Body-weight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. It's for any mom interested in a workout that can be as hard as you need it to be on your good days or scaled back on days you’re not sure how you made it out the door! Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or leave the kiddo at home and come workout with your mom friends. Either way, the hour will fly by and leave you energized for the rest of your day! This class is not suggested for newly postpartum moms.
