BODY BACK® Transformation
BODY BACK® is results-based program that combines two high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts per week with nutritional coaching, food journaling, meal planning, recipes, online support and before/after fitness assessments, body measurements, and photos.

BOOST
These classes are 55 minutes of sweat filled HIIT. No two classes are the same, you will find variety in class format from Circuits to Tababta to Rounds and even some traveling around the neighborhood.

BODY BACK® ADVANCED

Body Back Advanced is a program for clients who have been participating in Body Back for sometime. They have achieved their Body Back goals and are ready to make new ones, taking their strength and fitness to the next level!

  • Monthly Membership offers these women twice a week group workouts as well as access to our weekend Boost classes.
  • Pre-approval is required.

8 Week HIIT Body Back Transformation

Over the 8 week journey you will focus on mind and body. Each HIIT workout will challenge, empower and recharge you. Additionally, pre and post fitness assessments are completed to see your progress as well as nutritional guidance, online workout, accountability and support.
