Kids are welcome to join you in this workout because we definitely know what #momlife is like right now!

Mom + Me classes are led by our outstanding Stroller Strides team. You are welcome to bring your baby in a stroller, prop them near you or come by yourself.

This is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed specifically for YOU! We incorporate songs and kiddo interaction throughout class. From recently postpartum to older kiddos, moms of all levels, you will leave class feeling connected, successful and energized!

FIT4BABY is designed specifically for moms-to-be. All exercises are carefully selected to prepare your body for the many changes you will experience during pregnancy. You can begin FIT4BABY ay any point during your pregnancy as the workouts are scientifically-based, purposeful and designed to accommodate your changing body! The workout includes cardio, strength, balance and flexibility training and ends with a relaxing meditation; everything you need during this precious time!

Targeting each and every muscle with specially designed sequences and a weighted bar (or weights, water bottles, cans of food!) that will leave you stronger and more energized. This easy to follow strength based program will increase your metabolism, your athleticism, and your ability to lift, lunge, push and pull everything mom-life throws at you!

The Body Ignite format will provide resources to create and deliver a strength-based class using your own weights, canned food or a broom handle! Within the class, you will focus on strength training opportunities and options including unique sequencing methods for maximum effect. We will be focusing on the core as both a mover and a stabilizer, as well as active and dynamic flexibility.

Body Well + Body Boost

Outdoor Body Boost Preview Class Free

Join us for a special Body Boost Preview class! All levels welcome!

We will go through 4 rounds of Cardio, Strength and Core. Wrapping up with our awesome, heart-pumping Tabata style cardio. We will end with stretch and mediation. After class we will go over our Body Well program and answer any questions you have!

Our next session starts the week of May 17!

After class we will review our Body Well program. The next session starts the week of 3/15 and will be 8 weeks! The program includes small group coaching, nutritional guidance, recipes + meal planners, community based workouts and weekly challenges to help you manage stress and even sleep better! We will focus on improving your physical and mental well-being with a community of awesome mamas to support you every step of the way!

All are welcome - near and far - you don't have to be a member to try it out!

Body-weight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. It's for any mom interested in a workout that can be as hard as you need it to be on your good days or scaled back on days you’re not sure how you made it out the door! Bring your kiddos with you in the stroller or leave the kiddo at home and come workout with your mom friends. Either way, the hour will fly by and leave you energized for the rest of your day! This class is not suggested for newly postpartum moms.
