FAQ:
-You'll need a water and mat if you have one!
-If you have a resistance band, cans of food, light weights - bring those!

-Kiddos under 5 need to stay safely buckled into your stroller or baby carrier
-Kiddos over 5 can be on a designated spot (your mat) for the duration of class
