This program is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert, and is open to any Mama looking to get started, work towards a goal or just move her body more.

Run Club Training has gone virtual!

Run Club Training is for every level runner, whether you're preparing for an upcoming race or have never run a day in your life. Our Run Club+ program will help you safely build and improve your running skills with a certified FIT4MOM West Seattle Run Club Coach. No running experience required!

This amazing group training program provides you with:

  • Running accountability & motivation
  • Weekly check ins with your fellow Run Club moms and coach
  • Mini resistance band for first 10 who sign up
  • Weekly conditioning & agility training through cross training FIT4MOM West Seattle classes
  • Runner’s nutrition tips
  • Access to the private Facebook page to help keep you on track
  • Weekly endurance challenges designed to help build muscle and speed
  • Personalized goal setting with our certified Run Club+ coach
