Rise, Run, Rest, Repeat, Mama! It's time to dust off your running shoes and join us for Run Club!
This program is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert, and is open to any Mama looking to get started, work towards a goal or just move her body more.

Run Club Training runs are for every level runner, whether you're preparing for an upcoming race or have never run a day in your life. Our runs will help you safely build and improve your running skills with a certified FIT4MOM West Seattle Run Club Coach. No running experience required!

Mother's Day - Fun Run Free

We're so excited to unite our local FIT4MOM West Seattle community with all of FIT4MOM nationwide, in the Strength in Motherhood Virtual Race for charity. Whether you run, jog, walk or wog (walk/jog), let's lace up for a great cause together!

Bring your family or yourself to these runs! We will have milage and pace options for you! Walk, jog or run!

You do not need to be a FIT4MOM member or Run Club trainee to participate in these runs!

We will start with group stretching and then send you off on your run followed by stretching!
