The experience includes unlimited FIT4MOM West Seattle classes including high intensity interval training (HIIT) Body Boost workouts designed to challenge, empower and recharge you. Also included are Strides 360, Stroller Barre, Stroller Strides, Body Ignite, and virtual classes.
