ASH/Active & Fit Insurance Program Free every month • Unlimited visits • American Specialty Health Group (ASH) is an independent company that provides access to a network of health and wellness practitioners on behalf of employer insurance policies. The partnership with ASH will help to get your franchise locations in front of families in your territory, via their health insurance. ASH clients can come to any classes on your membership. ASH membership is not covered for session programs at this time.

FIT4MOM West Seattle Unlimited Membership $120 every month • Unlimited visits • Join us for any and all classes! This membership automatically renews unless we are notified of cancellation at least 30 days before your recurring charge.
Body Well $399 • Unlimited visits for 8 weeks • Body Well is about the journey, meeting you where you are and challenging you to grow. This 8-week program includes small group fitness coaching, nutritional guidance, recipes + meal planners, community-based workouts and weekly challenges to help you manage stress and sleep better. Body Well will focus on improving your physical and mental well-being with a community of mamas to support you every step of the way. Join us in studio, outdoors and/or virtually! Plus access to our great FIT4MOM video on demand library.
FIT4MOM Family Class brings the whole family together in a Stroller Strides meets HIIT workout extravaganza.
Kids under 5 still need to safely remain in the stroller, a special waiver will be required for kids 5+ who will have a special designated spot for class.

Bring a family member, friend or just come by yourself! This class is great for all!
