Join us for our Holiday Hustle 6-Week Mini Session Nov. 3-Dec. 14 Our Run Club Training is open to ALL running levels, from beginner to advanced. No running experience required! Whether you want to learn how to run, train for a race, run farther, run faster, simply run for fun, we have options for you! Stay connected and accountable as you reach your goals. Routes are stroller friendly if you want or need to bring your kiddo along for the ride. Our certified running coaches will help you improve your endurance, pace, health, fitness, and connect with other women runners.

Body Well is about the journey, meeting you where you are and challenging you to grow. This 8-week program includes small group fitness coaching, nutritional guidance, recipes + meal planners, community-based workouts and weekly challenges to help you manage stress and sleep better. Body Well will focus on improving your physical and mental well-being with a community of mamas to support you every step of the way. Join us in studio, outdoors and/or virtually! Plus access to our great FIT4MOM video on demand library.
Strides 360 promises a heart-pumping workout designed to increase your endurance while also developing speed, agility and quickness to help you sprint through mom life. Body-weight conditioning is strategically placed to provide recovery, strength and round out your workout. It's for any mom interested in a workout that can ben as hard as you need it to be or scaled back when you need to! Bring your kiddos or come by yourself! Join us on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30a for Strides 360! Stroller friendly classes M-F 9:30a too!
