Our Run Club+ Training is open to ALL running levels, from beginner to advanced. No running experience required!
Whether you want to learn how to run, train for a race, run farther, run faster, simply run for fun, we have options for you! Stay connected and accountable as you reach your goals. Routes are stroller friendly if you want or need to bring your kiddo along for the ride. Our certified running coaches will help you improve your endurance, pace, health, fitness, and connect with other women runners.

You will focus on your mind and body and improving your overall health and well-being. The experience includes unlimited FIT4MOM West Seattle classes including high intensity interval training (HIIT) Body Boost workouts designed to challenge, empower and recharge you. Also included are Strides 360, Stroller Barre, Stroller Strides, Body Ignite, and virtual classes.

Stroller BarreĀ® is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and stroller-based exercises designed to help moms build strength and muscle tone and improve posture.
