Terms and conditions for FIT4MOM West Seattle Unlimited Membership
I agree to purchase the FIT4MOM West Seattle Unlimited membership as $120 + tax automatic charge to my credit card each month until I provide a 30-day written notice of intent to cancel.
I hereby certify that I am the holder of the credit card or authorized signer. FIT4MOM West Seattle unlimited members will be charged $20 late for for in-person "no show" for outdoor classes if not cancelled within 2 hours of the class started. This is a nontransferable, non refundable purchase. Members are allowed to put their membership on hold for special instances like having a baby. You can email Lauren at westseattle@fit4mom.com with your start/stop dates.
