Whether you want to learn how to run, train for a race, run farther, run faster, simply run for fun, we have options for you! Stay connected and accountable as you reach your goals. Routes are stroller friendly if you want or need to bring your kiddo along for the ride. Our certified running coaches will help you improve your endurance, pace, health, fitness, and connect with other women runners.

What you get:

  • A weekly training plan customized for your training so you build up your mileage and improve pace gradually
  • Saturday stroller and dog-friendly runs in the West Seattle area
  • Supportive and experienced coaches
  • Nutritional guidance, recipes, and weekly challenges to help you improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
  • A weekly drop-in class for any other FIT4MOM West Seattle classes to cross-train
  • Free access to FIT4MOM On Demand workouts, stretching sessions, meditations, and more
  • Informative talks on running related subjects such as: proper form; hydration/fuel; shoes; stretching; injury prevention
  • A private, closed accountability group for all participants
