8 Week Run Club+ Training

Our Run Club Training is open to ALL running levels, from beginner to advanced. No running experience required!

8 Weeks: 1/19-3/4
8 Weeks: 3/13-5/6
8 Weeks: 5/15-7/8
6 Weeks: 7/17-8/26
8 Weeks: 9/5-10/28
6 Weeks 11/6-12/16

Whether you want to learn how to run, train for a race, run farther, run faster, simply run for fun, we have options for you! Stay connected and accountable as you reach your goals. Routes are stroller friendly if you want or need to bring your kiddo along for the ride. Our certified running coaches will help you improve your endurance, pace, health, fitness, and connect with other women runners.

What you get:
A weekly training plan customized for your training so you build up your mileage and improve pace gradually
8 drop in classes to any of our other FIT4MOM West Seattle classes to cross-train
Informative talks on running related subjects such as: proper form; hydration/fuel; shoes; stretching; injury prevention
A private, closed Facebook group for all participants
Weekly emails
