8 Week Run Club+ Training



Our Run Club Training is open to ALL running levels, from beginner to advanced. No running experience required!

8 Weeks: January 5-March 2; First group run Jan. 11 every Saturday at 7:30am (except March 1)

Session finishes Sunday, March 2 with the Hot Chocolate Run

Whether you want to learn how to run, train for a race, run farther, run faster, simply run for fun, we have options for you! Stay connected and accountable as you reach your goals. Routes are stroller friendly if you want or need to bring your kiddo along for the ride. Our certified running coaches will help you improve your endurance, pace, health, fitness, and connect with other women runners.

What you get:

  • Supportive coaching from fellow two running mamas
  • A weekly training plan customized for your training so you build up your mileage and improve pace gradually
  • Stroller and dog-friendly groups runs every Saturday morning at 7:30a at locations around West Seattle
  • 1 additional FIT4MOM West Seattle class to cross-train. Includes strength training, HIIT, and any other class on the schedule
  • Informative talks on running related subjects such as: proper form; hydration/fuel; shoes; stretching; injury prevention
  • A private, closed accountability group for all participants
  • Weekly emails
